Advanced Mediation Series

Woody, Susan and Alison provide a great learning atmosphere over Zoom!  Who knew!! For someone who is new to the field of mediation, I feel like I’ve been given a “headstart” with resources and education!    

 It was great to be with old friends again.  This training is a must have for difficult cases and provides unique tools to use with High Conflict Families.    

So much experience gathered in one group offered more than any other training I’ve taken. Having Woody Mosten sharing his incredible knowledge and skills was amazing. Having the opportunity to role play with experienced mediators allowed me to apply what I learned and use it in a practical application. The entire program was incredible. Can’t wait to use these new “tools” into my practice. 

Susan and Woody always deliver trainings that are packed with great information and nuggets of gold. I also love hearing how other mediators work in their practice. It is a wonderful and warm community!

This advanced training presented so many new strategies for helping our mediation clients break down the value of coming to an agreement through mediation and how to get support from experts. My favorite part of this training was watching a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst go through an actual mini business evaluation with clients and watching the amazing benefit of adding this to my mediation tool box in real time.      

I signed up for this training to add to my family mediation toolbox. I am a relative newcomer to family law mediation, having a background in general liability and personal injury work. The course exceeded my expectations. As I expected from taking Susan’s introduction to online mediation in 2020, the teaching style was very effective for me, a hard core visual learner. I took back several new tools each day. I am excited to try some of the new techniques in my own practice. I am starting to feel more confident about handling assets and finances in divorce. I very much appreciate Susan’s and Woody’s willingness to share resources, including forms they use in their own practice.

A superb skill based training with Woody and Susan providing invaluable knowledge and resources to bring into my mediation practice. Advanced 2021Woody Mosten is without a doubt a master mediator and trainer and graciously shares both his expertise and extensive resources in his seminars. I never cease to be amazed by how much I learn at one of his seminars. As the co-trainer, Susan Guthrie added substance to the program and presented valuable information for mediating successfully on-line. I am incredibly glad I had the privilege to take the training Strategies and Skills for Mediating Marital and Separate Property. It was really inspiring, practical, exciting,  for me looking to improve my mediation practice. I was impressed by the passion of the Trainers, they are true Leaders with huge competence and knowledge, and  at the same time supportive and approachable. They have created a very intense course, perfectly organized, primarily activity and role-play based, in a perfect mixture of excellent mediation strategies and techniques, intense explanation about Marital and Separate Property issues, incredibly new updated training program  about technology and online  services. I strongly recommend this training to anyone interested in improving skills and strategies for mediating Marital and Separate Property and want to offer them effectively also online. Because of the contagious and inspiring energy of the Trainers and the variety of learning resources,  the course continues to work inside myself and I feel it will stimulates for long even more future  understanding.
