Over three dynamic days, from Wednesday to Friday, our expertly designed course offers a comprehensive introduction to building a thriving Collaborative Practice. The lead trainers, including the renowned Woody Mosten (Attorney and Mediator, California), Anne Robinson Lucas (MA, LMHC and Mediator, Washington), and Lili Vasileff (Certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics) bring extensive experience as practitioners, trainers, and published authors in the field of Collaborative Practice.
Experience insightful guest presentations from a host of distinguished experts in the field: David Hoffman, Collaborative Law expert from Harvard and author of ‘Bringing Peace Into the Room’; Adam Cordover, Co-Author of ‘Building a Successful Collaborative Practice’ (ABA, 2018); global insights from Marguerite Picard (Melbourne, Australia), and IACP Immediate Past-President, Brian Galbraith (Toronto, Canada).
Our pioneering course meets the IACP Minimum Standards for Introductory Interdisciplinary training. Be sure to verify any additional requirements with your local practice group to facilitate a seamless transition into your new role within your region.
We encourage you to attend this training with other Family Divorce Professionals from your community. Not only does this foster a supportive and collaborative environment, but it also enables you to leverage our training protocols and strategies together to better serve as members of Collaborative Interdisciplinary Teams or as Co-Mediators.
Given our commitment to a highly interactive learning environment, we limit enrollment, ensuring every participant can fully engage in simulation practice sessions and interactive discussions.
